Schedule
- 3 climbing training sessions of 3 hours each per week + 2 physical conditioning sessions
- September to June
- Coach presence 5 times per week and during competitions. (may be modified according to the athlete's needs and objectives)
In partnership with EEQ and Allez Up for rope climbing. Maximum ratio of 8 athletes per coach.
Division 1 and Division 2
Schedule
- 3 climbing training sessions of 3 hours each per week + 2 physical conditioning sessions
- September to June
- Coach presence 3 times per week and during competitions (may be modified according to the athlete's needs and objectives)

Excellence Escalade Québec is a non-profit organization that provides sports-study and high-performance programs for young climbers. The program aims to support and develop the talents of young athletes in the sport of climbing, offering a balanced combination of academic and athletic training. Through dedicated coaching and tailored schedules, students can achieve excellence both in their studies and in climbing.
