Position: Floor Manager and Administrative Coordinator

Salary: Starting at $52,000 per year

As we proudly celebrate our second year of operation, we are seeking a passionate and skilled floor manager to join our team.
As a Floor Manager and Administrative Coordinator at Rose Bloc, you will be responsible for two key areas: customer service and general maintenance of the center and its services. Administrative tasks will also complement your two main responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in the continued success of our business.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the front desk team in their daily tasks and ensuring ongoing employee training.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally and proactively resolve issues.
- Participate in work procedures to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Center Maintenance:
- Supervise and actively participate in the daily cleaning and maintenance of the center, ensuring a safe, organized, and clean environment.
- Identify and promptly address maintenance or safety issues, coordinating necessary repairs by mobilizing the team.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Administration:
- Assist the administration team with scheduling and employee communications.
- Manage supply orders for products needed for daily operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the management team.
Event Organization:
- Assist the administration team with event planning.
- Be present during events to ensure they run smoothly.
- Perform physical tasks before and after events.
- Previous experience in management or supervision, ideally in a recreational, sports, or customer service environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain a clean and safe center.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for some evenings and weekends.
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- Any other relevant qualifications for a climbing center.
- Experience in food service and/or event management (an asset).
- Passion for climbing (an asset).
