<sub>The EFT monthly subscription can be cancelled or modified if all the following conditions are met:

- The subscriber has not shown up for the month in question.

- The subscriber has requested cancellation before the 9th day of the month.

All requests made after the 9th day of the month will be processed for the following month. Requests may be made by telephone, e-mail or in person at the counter.</sub>
