SEBASTIEN LAZURE - PRO TEAM
Sébastien Lazure is a remarkable climbing athlete from Quebec, known for his significant contributions to the world of climbing. Passionate about this sport, he founded his own company, Plastick Holds, in 2014, which specializes in the manufacture of climbing holds. From the beginning, Lazure excelled in bouldering and, at the age of 21, he rose to the rank of Canadian bouldering champions.
Lazure started climbing in 2002, a time when indoor climbing centers were rare in Montreal. His journey coincided with the rising popularity of climbing, which reached a major milestone with its inclusion in the Tokyo Olympic Games. As a member of the Canadian bouldering team, Lazure represented Canada in national and international competitions.
Internationally, Lazure made climbing history by successfully ascending Madiba V14 in South Africa in 2010, an extremely difficult route. He also excelled in Bishop, a renowned climbing site, where he quickly solved two of the area's classic problems. His journey illustrates an extraordinary talent and commitment to climbing, both nationally and internationally.
